Grow & Grill Focuses on demonstrating the most nutritious foods that fuel your body and the best ways to grow and grill them at home. Topics covered include: outdoor cooking demonstrations, healthy and balanced meals, nutrition information, growing foods, and you get a chance to learn about and explore the teaching gardens at the Tolfree Wellness Park.
