Healing Together- Compasus Hospice
Description
Healing Together is Compassus Hospice grief support group program. At Compassus Hospice, we are dedicated to providing our families with supportive resources to utilize during this difficult process. Healing Together is facilitated by a licensed master's prepared individual who uses the "Healthy Grieving Model" to provide educational resources based on participants' needs, support and community connections.
